PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel rotational tissue cutting control device.SOLUTION: Disclosed embodiments include apparatuses and systems for controlling an apparatus for cutting an opening in a tissue wall. In an illustrative embodiment, an apparatus for controlling a counter-rotatable cutting apparatus includes a first radial actuator configured to engage a first drive shaft. A second radial actuator is configured to engage a second drive shaft, the second drive shaft being coaxially disposed with the first drive shaft.
