PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide medical scissors including micro-scissors in which a circular arc of a lower blade of the present invention can take a cutting edge length longer than the circular arc of a conventional lower blade with the same opening width, and also a crossing angle between the upper blade and the lower blade becomes a narrower angle and enables acting on a cutting subject at an acute angle, and thereby the sharpness of the cutting blade is greatly increased.SOLUTION: Medical scissors relating to the present invention are the medical scissors made of stainless steel in which an upper blade with the blade for holding a cutting subject formed in a straight line or in a curvature shape similar to the straight line is made to turnably intersect with a lower blade for cutting the cutting subject held with the upper blade by using a support shaft as a fulcrum, and a handle is provided behind the support shaft. The curvature of a curved neck formed from the tip inside of the handle of the lower blade side to the terminal of the lower blade side supported by the support shaft is smaller than the curvature of the neck positioned at the outside of the lower blade, and is formed in a gradual curvature shape.
