The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of chestnut noodles. In particular, the manufacturing method includes: a step of preparing a mixture of 35-45 parts by weight of water and 0.2-3 parts by weight of salt, and 100 parts by weight of 70-80 wt% of rice (or brown rice) powder and 20-30 wt% of chestnut powder and molding the noodles by injecting the mixture with a common injection molding apparatus for noodles. The noodles are manufactured with pure grains to which wheat flour, starch, and preservatives the prior noodles contain are not added. Moreover, chestnuts in a sufficient amount are mixed to be manufactured to be noodles.
