PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee drink containing a large amount of niacin derived from roasted coffee beans, especially the coffee drink produced through retort sterilization treatment, having reduced bitterness and foreign taste, and also having good flavor.
SOLUTION: The coffee drink contains the niacin of not less than 2.0 mg and/or a niacinamide of not less than 0.5 mg, and potassium of not less than 120 mg based on 100 g of the drink. The niacin is preferably contained as a coffee component, and the coffee drink preferably contains no trigonelline or not more than 20 mg thereof per 100 g of the drink.
