CONSTITUTION: A coffee bean roaster comprises the following: a base(120) including a storing unit with an inlet mounting groove and a handle mounting groove on the upper side； a lid(140) covering an opening on the upper side of the base； a rotating container including an inlet rotatably mounted on the inlet mounting groove, and a rotation handle(174) rotatably mounted on the handle mounting groove for forming a rotary shaft of the rotating container； and plural through-holes formed around the edge of the rotation container for directly heating coffee beans inside the rotation container. The base and the lid are formed with pottery. The lid includes an inlet insertion groove(142) in a semicircle shape for storing the inlet, and an outlet for discharging smoke.
