The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing drinkable konjac, and drinkable konjac manufactured thereby. The method comprises: a first step of mixing and heating konjac powder, fructose, glucose and purified water, and manufacturing a mixture； a second step of cooling the mixture and adding a fruit concentrate； a third step of adjusting pH of the mixture after the step 2； and a forth step of inputting the mixture after the step 3 to a wrapper and performing sterilization.
