PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time for ultrasound measurement to be performed at pulse wave propagation speed measurement.SOLUTION: Provided is a pulse wave propagation speed measuring device, comprising: an ultrasound unit transmitting a two-dimensional plane wave to an artery and receiving a reflected wave; and an operation processing part processing the received signal of the reflected wave.
