PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which noodle snack sweet stuffs excellent in palate feeling and flavor can be obtained even in the case the crosssectional size of noodles is large and a main raw material is grain flour other than wheat flour.SOLUTION: Noodle snack sweet stuffs are obtained by carrying out a mixing step, a steaming and kneading step, kneading step, a rolling step, a cooling step, a cutting step, a frying step, a finishing step in this order. That is, different from a conventional method in which noodle lines is formed from dough and thereafter steamed, the noodle lines is formed from pregelatinized dough obtained by the steaming and kneading step.
