The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a toilet bowl having an infrared generating device and a toilet bowl having an infrared generating device manufactured by the same. The present invention individually molds a toilet bowl body, a bowl, and a rim penstock, integrally combines the same, and easily installs an infrared generating device in the toilet bowl without forming a hole in the bowl by forming the bowl with a material through which infrared rays irradiated from the infrared generating device can be penetrated.
