PURPOSE: A height adjusting device of a fabricated vinyl house roof is provided to save energy, and prevent damage due to typhoon by selectively operating a roof frame up and down by multiple roof-going up/down operation parts equipped in a fixed interval. CONSTITUTION: Multiple first, second and third roof-going up/down operation parts(160) raise up and drop down a roof frame(110) of a vinyl house selectively. Multiple auto-driven parts(140) are equipped between the upper part of the first roof-going up/down operation part and the both ends of the roof frame respectively. The first roof-going up/down operation part comprises: a screw bar(161) operating by rotating in the right and the reverse directions a screw protecting duct(162) operating by going up and down by the right and reverse rotation of the screw bar a fixing nut(163) connected to the outer periphery of the screw protecting duct and a fixing pillar(120) making the screw protecting duct sliding-operate up and down.본 발명은 조립식 비닐하우스 지붕의 높낮이 조절장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 이를 위해 태풍피해 예방 및 에너지 절약을 위해 일정 간격으로 구비된 복수개의 제1,2,3지붕승하강작동부(160)(170)(180)가 비닐하우스(100)의 지붕프레임(110)을 선택적으로 승하강 작동시키도록 구성된다.상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 비닐하우스를 손쉽게 분해 조립할 수 있도록 한 것이고, 특히 비닐하우스 지붕의 높낮이를 선택적으로 승하강 조절할 수 있도록 하여 특히 여름철에는 비닐하우스 지붕의 높이를 상승시키고 난방을 사용하는 겨울철에는 비닐하우스 지붕의 높이를 하강시켜 결과적으로 비닐하우스 내부 공간을 축소하게 되어 에너지를 약 30∼40% 절약할 수 있도록 한 것이고 이로 인해 제품의 품질과 신뢰성을 대폭 향상시켜 사용자로 하여금 좋은 이미지를 심어줄 수 있도록 한 것이다.
