PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a totally new apparatus not conventionally available, the apparatus capable of giving a sense of being caressed or rubbed to a user.SOLUTION: An apparatus comprises a main body 1 coming into direct or indirect contact with a body and disposed, and a control unit 3 for shifting the vibration of multiple vibrators 21, 22 disposed in two lines to the main body 1 and the vibrators 21, 22 of respective lines L1, L2 in the line direction. The control unit 3 makes multiple vibrators containing at least one of the vibrators 21, 22 of respective lines L1, L2 vibrate simultaneously, and makes the vibration shift by vibrating the next vibrator of the vibrator vibrating in the other line, while the vibrator of any one line vibrates.
