PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standing support device that can be used as a rollator, which has improved stability in getting on/off a seat part.SOLUTION: A standing support device 1 capable of supporting a change in a posture of an elderly person or the like from a sitting posture to a standing posture at home includes a body part 2, casters 3 (floor contact parts), a lifting unit 4, a control unit 5, and an operation part 6. The body part 2 includes a base frame 2a, a leg frame 2b, a lifting frame 2c, a seat part 2d, a backrest 2e, and a handrail part 2f. The lifting unit 4 and the control unit 5 are fixed to the base frame 2a, and the base frame supports the lifting unit 4 and the control unit 5. The leg frame 2b and the lifting frame 2c are movably connected to the base frame 2a.
