PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fingerprint reader and an information processor for positioning a finger at a proper reading position without forcing a tight posture to perform exact finger print authentication.SOLUTION: A fingerprint reader has: a slide type finger print sensor 1 and a positioning part which positions a first joint part of a finger at the center position of the fingerprint sensor 1.
