PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel refrigerator capable of preventing meats during refrigeration storage from being deteriorated due to temperature fluctuation in a refrigeration chamber.SOLUTION: In a refrigeration chamber, provided is ice crystal inhibition component release means 80 of supplying an ice crystal enlargement inhibition component derived from a food product, which inhibits enlargement of ice crystals of meats, and the ice crystal enlargement inhibition component, AFP, is configured to be supplied onto at least surfaces of the meats stored in the refrigeration chamber. Consequently, since enlargement of ice crystals of the meats during refrigeration can be inhibited, increase of drip loss of meats due to temperature fluctuation in the refrigeration chamber, and deterioration of texture of meats can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
