The culture medium contains 65-75wt% of fermented oregon pine sawdust and 25-35wt% of wheat bran.본 발명은 발효미송톱밥 65~75중량%, 밀기울 25~35중량%을 혼합하여 구성되는 잿빛만가닥버섯의 배지 조성물을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 기존의 고가재료인 바크를 사용하지 않고 발효미송톱밥과 밀기울을 사용하여 잿빛만가닥버섯을 재배하며, 그 재배 과정 중에서 가장 번거롭고 대량생산에 어려움이 있는 복토를 하지 않고 상기 잿빛만가닥버섯을 재배함으로써 생산원가를 크게 낮출 수 있을뿐더러 번거로운 재배공정을 단순화할 수 있으며, 상기한 재배공정은 저렴한 일반톱밥을 사용하여 대량생산이 원활한 재배방법으로 일반 재배농가에서도 유용하게 사용되므로 재배농가의 소득증진에 기여할 수 있도록 하는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
