A cosmetic product for the treatment of cicatricial tissues comprises n-butyl cyanoacrylate in a percentage comprised between 95% and 99.99% compared to the total weight and a pigment in a percentage comprised between 0.01% and 5% compared to the total weight and a procedure for applying the product which consists in distributing the product on the surface to be treated, covering also the areas neighboring the scar, for the formation of a continuous film, executing further and repeated distributions of the product at a periodic rate for a total period of treatment comprised between 2 and 8 months.L'invention concerne un produit cosmétique pour le traitement des tissus cicatriciels comprenant du cyanoacrylate de n-butyle à une teneur comprise entre 95 % et 99,99 % par rapport à la masse totale et un pigment à une teneur comprise entre 0,01 % et 5 % par rapport à la masse totale et une procédure d'application du produit qui consiste en la distribution du produit sur la surface à traiter, en recouvrant également les zones adjacentes à la cicatrice, pour la formation d'une pellicule continue, et l'exécution de distributions supplémentaires et répétées du produit à intervalles réguliers pendant une période de traitement total comprise entre 2 et 8 mois.
