PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beer taste beverage that has excellent rich taste, a method for producing a beer taste beverage in which the rich taste is enhanced, a method for enhancing the rich taste of a beer taste beverage, and a rich taste enhancing agent for beer taste beverage.SOLUTION: Provided is a beer taste beverage in which the content of the real extract (R-Ex) is 3.8 w/w% or more, and the ratio of the content of wheat-derived protein having a molecular weight of 35 to 50 kDa to the content of R-Ex (35 to 50 kDa protein (ppm)/R-Ex (w/w%)) is 11 or more.
