The present invention relates to an apparatus for easily producing spherical frozen food, which has a simple structure and enables mass production with reduced cost. To this end, according to the present invention, an apparatus for freezing food material into a spherical shape by means of a refrigerant includes: a fixed plate provided with a first shaping part for forming a part of the shape of the frozen food a second shaping plate provided with a second shaping part for forming a part of the shape of the frozen food together with the first shaping part and a third shaping plate provided with a third shaping part for forming a part of the shape of the frozen food together with the second shaping part, wherein the second and the third shaping plate respectively are rotated about a given axis relative to the fixed plate so as to expose a part of the frozen food.
