PURPOSE: A producing method of instant pounded rice cake using puffed rice is provided to enable users to easily make the instant pounded rice cake without steaming or pounding. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of instant pounded rice cake using puffed rice comprises the following steps: inserting rice or rice powder into a puffing machine(100) for puffing； crushing the puffed rice, and pouring water to the powder for kneading； and molding the rice cake using the obtained dough. The rice is non-glutinous rice. The puffing machine includes a drive motor(110), a hopper(120), a first casing(131), a second casing(132), a third casing(133), a screw(140), and heater jackets(151,152,153).본 발명은 즉석 인절미 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 쌀 또는 쌀 가루를 팽화기에 투입하여 팽화시킨 후 분쇄한 가루에 물을 부어 반죽하여 인절미를 제조함으로써, 팽화 가루 형태로 제공되어 필요한 경우에 간편하게 섭취가 가능하고 분말 형태로 유통이 가능하고 장기간 보관이 용이한 효과가 있다.
