The present invention relates to a warming device for accommodating a heating member, which does not require a separate power source such as a super, solid fuel or a gas burner, on the inside and transmitting heat to an object by air convection. The present invention further relates to a pet house allowing heat to be transferred to a pet-accommodating space by having the warming device. To this end, the warming device using a non-electric source is provided in the pet house by having the following components: an upper case having a convection space for air inside, a plurality of first air holes formed along the periphery thereof, and an inlet guide part inclined downward along the outer circumference of a lower portion of the first air hole while the diameter increases； a lower case coupled to a lower portion of the upper case and having a receiving space for a heat generating member formed therein； and an adjustment case inserted while forming a gap on the outer surface of the upper case and having a plurality of inflow guide holes cut along the upper end or lower end periphery thereof.본 발명은 초, 고형연료 또는 가스버너 등과 같이 별도의 전원을 필요치 않는 발열부재를 내측에 수용하여 공기의 대류 작용에 의해 대상물에 열이 전달되도록 하는 온열장치와, 이 온열장치를 구비하여 애완동물이 수용된 공간에 열이 전달되도록 하는 애완동물용 하우스에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 비전원을 이용한 온열장치는, 내측에 공기의 대류공간을 형성하고, 둘레를 따라 다수의 제1통기구를 형성하며, 상기 제1통기구 하측의 외측면 둘레를 따라 하측으로 직경이 커지도록 경사진 유입가이드부를 구비한 상부케이스； 상기 상부케이스의 하부에 체결을 이루고, 내측에 발열부재의 수용공간을 형성한 하부케이스； 및 상기 상부케이스의 외측면에 간격을 이루며 끼워지고, 상단 또는 하단 둘레를 따라 절개된 다수의 유입가이드구를 형성한 조절케이스；로 구성되어 애완동물용 하우스에 구비된다.
