The present invention relates to a functional red pepper paste that enhances antioxidant, anti-cancer and inflammation inhibiting effects of a red pepper paste. More specifically, the invention relates to a functional red pepper paste containing a black rice and a functional red pepper paste containing a black rice and seaweed. The red pepper paste containing a black rice and seaweed of the present invention contains a large amount of sugar and an amino acid and contains a large amount of fucoidan and therefore, has a flavor and is beneficial to health.
