PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing powder in which a solid component, an oily component and a water-soluble component are integrated without using surfactant.SOLUTION: In a method for producing powder of the present invention, a mixture of a solid component, an oily component and aqueous solution of a water-soluble component is sprayed, the mixture is guided into a pulverization chamber S while the mixture is dried by warm air which is supplied simultaneously, and the mixture is dried or half-dried to be solidified or semi-solidified until the mixture reaches rotor blades 11 which rotate with a gap to an inner peripheral wall of the pulverization chamber S, and by pulverizing the solidified or semi-solidified mixture by the rotor blades 11, powder in which only the oily component and the water-soluble component are attached on the surface of the solid component is obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】界面活性剤を用いることなく、固体成分と油性成分と水溶性成分とが一体化されている粉体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の粉体の製造方法は、固体成分と油性成分と水溶性成分の水溶液との混合物を噴霧し、同時に供給される温風により該混合物を乾燥しつつ粉砕室Sに案内し、混合物が粉砕室Sの内周壁と隙間を隔てて回転するローターブレード11に達するまでの間に、混合物を乾燥又は半乾燥させて固形化又は半固形化し、固形化又は半固形化された混合物をローターブレード11で粉砕することにより、固体成分の表面に油性成分と水溶性成分とのみが付着している粉体を得る。【選択図】 図2
