PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily solid cosmetic with no scattering of power, good cosmetic durability, excellent powdery feeling in application, and with no migration (staining) of oil to an applicator, without deterioration of packing moldability and shape retention during manufacture of the cosmetic.SOLUTION: The oily solid cosmetic contains 3-15 wt.% of a dextrin fatty acid ester and/or an inulin fatty acid ester, 15-40 wt.% of a liquid oily component, and 50-80 wt.% of a powder component, in which the powder contains talc and/or tabular barium sulfate in an amount of 10-80 wt.% based on the total cosmetic.
