PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide solid cosmetics that are excellent in portability, easiness, puff-adhesion, spreading properties, coating film uniformity, fitting feeling, moisture retention effect, and long lasting makeup.SOLUTION: A solid cosmetic contains 25-40 mass% of an oil solution containing the following component (a), as well as 60-75 mass% of a powder containing the following components (b) and (C). The content of the component (a) in the entire oil solution is 70-100 mass%. Further the content of the component (c) in the entire powder is 40-90 mass%. The solid cosmetic is obtained by compression molding. (a): Fatty acid ester oil with an IOB value of 0.25 or less and with a viscosity at 25°C of 50 mPa s or less. (b): Polyurethane powder.
