SOLUTION: (A) Silicone elastomer 5 to 15% by mass Component (B) Isododecan component (C) Film-forming resin component (D) Glittering powder 20 to 60% by mass, and component (E) liquid A solid cosmetic containing a fatty acid ester oil and having a total amount of powder containing the above components (A) and (D) of 40 to 70% by mass in the total cosmetics.
