PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid cosmetic comprising a cosmetic base material in which an amount ratio of an easily disintegratable granulated composition and a powder to an oil agent is a specific ratio, enable the easily disintegratable granulated composition to maintain its shape, even though containing a volatile oil in the cosmetic base material, has a clear boundary surface between the easily disintegratable granulated composition and the cosmetic base material, with an excellent impact resistance, allows uniform taking of the easily disintegratable granulated composition and the cosmetic base material at the time of its application, and further is excellent in makeup retention.SOLUTION: The solid cosmetic comprises components (A) and (B). (A) is an easily disintegratable granulated composition comprising components (A1) to (A3): (A1) 2 to 6 mass% of alkyl acrylate/vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion in the easily disintegratable granulated composition in terms of solid content； (A2) an optical volatile powder； and (A3) a nonvolatile oil that is liquid at 25°C.
