Celsius for 6 to 8 days； aging by adding fermented seafood to Kimchi spice； manufacturing the kimchi inside material by mixing 45-60 parts by weight of radish, 10-20 parts by weight of garlic, 10-16 parts by weight of ginger, 15-20 parts by weight of onion, 15-20 parts by weight of Korean leek, 15-20 parts by weight of dilapidation and 15-20 parts by weight of glutinous rice starch based on 100 parts by weight of kimchi spice； and adding the kimchi inside material to Chinese cabbage to manufacture Kimchi and aging the same.
