PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a soluble powder of Hypericum perforatum ethanol extract is provided to manufacture the Hypericum perforatum ethanol extract as a soluble powder by spray drying the same after optimally concentrating in order to increase yield. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a soluble powder of Hypericum perforatum ethanol extract comprises: washing Hypericum perforatum； adding 70-80% ethanol extract at 9-12 times the weight of the Hypericum perforatum and extracting at 85-120 deg. Celsius for 7-9 hours； separating the first extract from the Hypericum perforatum； adding 70-80% ethanol extract at 4-6 times the weight of the Hypericum perforatum and extracting at 85-120 deg. Celsius for 3-5 hours； separating the second extract from the Hypericum perforatum； manufacturing Hypericum perforatum extract by mixing the first extract with the second extract and manufacturing Hypericum perforatum filtrate by filtering with a cartridge filter with a thickness of 0.5-2 micrometers； removing the ethanol extract from the Hypericum perforatum filtrate and vacuum concentrating the same at 25-35 Brix in order to manufacture the Hypericum perforatum extract； adding an emulsion stabilizer to the Hypericum perforatum extract and agitating at 55-75 deg. Celsius for 20-40 minutes in order to manufacture a Hypericum perforatum mixture； sterilizing the Hypericum perforatum mixture at 75-85 deg. Celsius for 10-20 minutes； and spray drying the Hypericum perforatum mixture.
