PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously remove foreign materials attached to both front and rear surfaces of various kinds of sheets.SOLUTION: A conveying roll 1 which is structured by mounting a first blanket having a predetermined hardness on it and including a claw part 5 catches and supports an end part of a base sheet 6 by the claw part 5 and conveys the base sheet. A press roll 2 is structured by mounting a second blanket having a predetermined hardness, detects a position of the claw part 5 of the conveying roll 1, and is synchronously driven with the conveying roll 1. The press roll 2 and the conveying roll 1 make the press roll 2 in press-contact with the base sheet 6 which rotates on the conveying roll 1 at 10-60 m/min, at a predetermined pressure and at a predetermined temperature allowed by the first blanket, the second blanket, and the base sheet 6.
