The method for manufacturing dried seaweed laver containing kelp comprises: a washing step of washing raw dried seaweed laver, soaking the same in mixed water, obtained by mixing 20% of the clay-filtrated water with 80% of seawater, for 10-14 hours, and then removing impurities an oil obtaining step of obtaining stir-fried oil by mixing 10 parts of wild sesame oil, 20-30 parts by weight of sugar, and 10-20 parts by weight of sun-dried salt a stir-frying step of inserting the washed dried seaweed laver and the stir-fried oil into a dried seaweed laver stir-fryer at 80-100°C for 20-30 minutes and a step of sprinkling stir-fried kelp and stir-fried sesame on the dried seaweed laver.
