The present invention relates to a method for manucturing a lotus leaf vitamin foaming tablet and the lotus leaf vitamin foaming tablet manufactured by the method, wherein the method comprises following steps of: (1) drying lotus leaves； (2) immersing dried lotus leaves of the step (1) in a beet extract solution and then washing the same； (3) steaming washed lotus leaves of the step (2)； (4) immersing heat treated lotus leaves of the step (3) in baked brine and then removing and washing the same； (5) preparing a lotus leaf tea powder by grinding lotus leaf tea prepared by drying and roasting washed lotus leaves of the step (4)； and (6) tableting a mixture of vitamin C, citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate, modified starch, aspartame, acesulfame potassium, and sucralose to the lotus leaf tea powder prepared in the step (5).
