PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing food raw materials, a method of manufacturing plant-derived processed foods, and a method of storage.SOLUTION: To manufacture food raw materials from plant-derived edible grains, the plant-derived edible grains are immersed 150 in slightly acidic electrolysis water. Within the period until the plant-derived edible grains soften, washing is performed as the slightly acidic electrolysis water is changed and as air is supplied 162 a plurality of times.
