PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing food raw materials, and processed food.SOLUTION: To manufacture food raw materials from plant-derived edible grains, the plant-derived edible grains are immersed in slightly acidic electrolysis water. Within the period until the plant-derived edible grains soften, washing is performed as the slightly acidic electrolysis water is changed and as air is supplied a plurality of times.
