PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of tart stands having a distinctive shape without requiring a specific baking mold, enabling the increase in variation of tart confectionery.SOLUTION: A heat-resistant member not limited to an existing baking mold is placed on a top plate. A tart dough in a thin plate shape satisfying a relational expression (major axis of tart dough)÷(major axis of member surface in contact with tart dough edge)≥1.5 is placed on the member so as to be baked.
