PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cracker food product prevented from overflowing of ingredients by encapsulating in the inside and integrating, and having unconventional novel shape and novel taste.SOLUTION: A rice cracker food product S is produced by putting dough having cereal as the main material into a molding die comprising one mold and the other mold followed by burning, and includes a disk-like body 1, and an ear part 2 integrally formed in the outer periphery of the body 1 and thinner than the body 1. Soft ingredients G are wrapped in the dough forming the body 1, and burned, and the ingredients G are enclosed in an external main material 3 which becomes hard by burning the dough. The body 1 is constituted by including one part 1a swollen and molded in the one mold, and the other part 1b swollen and molded in the other mold in the symmetrical and same shape to/as the outer shape of the one part 1a.
