The present invention relates to an apparatus for preparing cookie dough, in which a mold having a shape groove formed on the lower end is vertically fallen to cut and attach some of the dough thereto； the mold is transferred along a guide installed above, thereby transferring the attached dough； and an impact is applied to the mold to detach the attached dough therefrom. According to the present invention, the apparatus for preparing cookie dough comprises: a belt conveyor transferring dough cut in a constant size, and having a checking plate which is installed above an end portion of one side and has a plurality of checking holes penetrating from the upper end to the lower end； a cutting and transfer device vertically falling to cut and attach some of the dough transferred below the checking plate, vertically rising and falling to detach the attached dough by means of inertia, reciprocating along a guide installed above to transfer the cut dough, and then returning； and a seating plate installed to be spaced apart from the belt conveyor at a predetermined interval, and having the dough, which is detached from the cutting and transfer device, seated thereon. The present invention is able to rapidly prepare cookie doughs with the same shape and standard in quantity.본 발명은 하단에 모양 홈이 형성된 모양 틀을 수직으로 하강시켜 반죽의 일부를 재단과 동시에 부착하고, 상방에 설치된 가이드를 따라 모양 틀을 이송하여 부착된 반죽을 이송하며, 모양 틀에 충격을 가하여 부착된 반죽을 이탈시키는 방식으로 쿠키 생지를 제조하는 장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 의한 쿠키 생지 제조 장치는 일정 크기로 재단된 반죽을 이송하고, 상단과 하단을 관통하는 복수 개의 확인 홀이 형성되는 확인 판이 일측 말단부의 상방에 설치되는 벨트 컨베이어와, 수직으로 하강하여 상기 확인 판의 하방으로 이송된 반죽의 일부를 재단하여 부착하고, 수직으로 상승 및 하강하며 관성에 의하여 부착된 반죽을 이탈시키며, 상방에 설치되는 가이드를 따라 왕복 이동하며 재단된 반죽을 이송 후 복귀하는 재단 및 이송 장치와, 벨트 컨베이어로부터 일정거리 이격되게 설치되고, 재단 및 이송 장치로부터 이탈된 반죽이 안착되는 안착 판을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
