PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a citrulline-containing food and drink suppressed in occurrence of nasty smell caused by a citrulline decomposition product, and to provide a method for producing the citrulline-containing food and drink.SOLUTION: This citrulline-containing food and drink is mixed with a sour agent or a pH adjusting agent so as to put in an acidic region and suppress nasty smell caused by a citrulline decomposition product. It is all right to adjust the pH of the citrulline-containing food and drink to an acidic region when citrulline is placed in a condition of being bleached to decomposition.
