PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peach-color gelidium-jelly in which the peach-color can be maintained for a long period of time.SOLUTION: The method for producing peach-color gelidium-jelly of the present invention is a method including: (1) a solution preparation step of preparing an agar matter-containing agar solution from agar weed (Amakusa) and/or agar powder (2) a cooling and solidification step of cooling the agar solution to solidify, and produce gelidium-jelly and (3) a seasoning and coloring step of immersing the gelidium-jelly in a peach-color vinegar water containing gardenia pigment and/or mytilus potato pigment.
