PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus capable of manufacturing a sheet fused body having excellent flexibility and an excellent touch feeling of a seal edge part while effectively preventing inconvenience such as ignition due to resin fumes.SOLUTION: A sheet fused body manufacturing apparatus 20 according to the present invention comprises a support member 21 having a first surface 21a and a second surface 21b and supporting a sheet laminate 10 on the first surface 21a, an irradiation head 35 disposed on a second surface 21b side, and a pressure member 26 pressing the supported sheet laminate 10. The support member 21 includes a support member side opening part 27 allowing passage of an irradiated laser beam 30, a dust collection member 28 with a suction opening part 283 facing the support member side opening part 27, and a support member side air blow-out part 29 blowing out air to the support member side opening part 27.
