A plant cultivation device for cultivating epiphytes is disclosed. The plant cultivation device comprises a support member, an adhesive layer and a plurality of rubbers. The support member has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The adhesive layer is located at the first surface of the support member. The plurality of rubbers with particle sizes between 3-6 mm is attached to the first surface of the support member through the adhesive layer. A water retaining space is formed between the pluralities of rubber.
