PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fuel consumption of a combine-harvester and at the same time to increase its safety and maneuverability characteristics.SOLUTION: A combine-harvester is provided with positioning means for measuring a vehicle position by GPS and first control means for automatically stopping or decelerating a combine-harvester engine speed when a prescribed first condition is established and in turn when a prescribed second condition is established, automatically starting or accelerating the combine-harvester engine speed. A management center side is provided with second control means for prohibiting an automatic stopping and automatic deceleration of the engine by the first control means even if the first condition is established under a state in which the vehicle position measured by the positioning means is judged to be positioned in a prohibiting region on the pre-stored map data. The first control means and the second control means are connected by a wire-less communication circuit.
