PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing mead is provided to obtain mead having a large amount of resveratrol and to shorten fermentation period of mead. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing mead comprises: a step of adding Vitis coignetiae to honey to extract Vitis coignetiae ingredient containing resveratrol； a step of diluting the Vitis coignetiae in 26°；Brix； a step of adding 200 ppm of K_2S_2O_5； a step of inoculating yeast and fermenting at 20°；C for three days and 20°；C under anaerobic condition. A cosmetic lotion contains the mead.본 발명은 항암, 항노화 등의 생리적 효과를 나타내는 레스베라트롤(resveratrol)을 대량 함유하고, 효모의 생육조건을 향상시켜 발효기간을 단축시킬 수 있는 봉밀주의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
