PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which a tail part of a shrimp tempura and a caudal fin of fish are thrown away without being eaten, time and effort are taken to separate the tail and fin by chopsticks or teeth and individually collect them to wash plates after eating, and extra time is taken to collect and dispose of the same.SOLUTION: A food material is formed into a shrimp tail or a fish caudal fin, an open hole is made in the food material into which a shrimp body or a fish body is inserted, and the food material is integrated with the body of the crab or the fish to deep fri in batter.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】海老の天ぷらの尾の部分や魚の尾びれの部分が食べられずに捨てられている。食べる時に箸なり歯で分離し、食後、皿を洗うために尾やヒレを個別に回収するにも手間が掛り、さらに廃棄する時には集めて回収する労力が掛るという不具合を解決することを課題とする。【解決手段】食材を海老の尾の形や魚の尾びれの形に仕立て、食材に貫通孔を配設し、海老体や魚体を挿入し、食材と海老や魚の本体と繋ぎ合わせて衣を付けて揚げる事により解決する。【選択図】図6
