<;P>;PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which prevents a flap part from curling up while a person is putting and wearing it, and to improve a skin touch feeling. <;P>;SOLUTION: A sanitary napkin 1 includes an absorbent 4 interposed between a liquid permeable surface sheet 3 and a liquid impermeable back surface sheet 2 while flap parts F<;SB>;2<;/SB>;and F<;SB>;2<;/SB>;are formed at least on both sides where the absorbent 4 is not present. The embossments 20 are formed on the flap parts F<;SB>;2<;/SB>;and F<;SB>;2<;/SB>;of both sides at the intermediate position of the formation width of the flap parts F<;SB>;2<;/SB>;and F<;SB>;2<;/SB>;along the flap parts over the predetermined length area, and an emboss 21 is relatively formed in the emboss 20 at the rear side area Fa in the longitudinal direction of the napkin 1 and an emboss 22 is relatively formed at the front side area in the longitudinal direction of the napkin 1, and the area of the emboss 21 is larger than that of the emboss 22. <;P>;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
