An upper blade fitting means(130) comprises an upper blade fixing frame(122) made in a grid form so as to fix the upper blades, a fixing frame pushing bar(124) combined to the upper blade fixing bar in one body, an operating plate(126) ascending and descending by the operation of a cylinder, and a lowering pause frame(128). The upper blade fitting means(130) comprises pushing plates(132) installed to be arranged among the upper blades so as to ascend and descend the upper blades, an elevation plate(134) operating the elevation by the cylinder, and a pressing bar(136) operating to variably separate intervals between each pushing plate.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 김 가공라인에 설치되어 김 구이기로부터 구워진 김이 적정 매수로 적층 이송되면 그 구원진 김을 적당한 크기로 다수 절 등분함과 아울러 그 각각의 절단된 구워진 김을 포장용기 내에 자동으로 수납할 수 있게 한 김 절단장치에 관한 것이며, 본 발명의 목적은 구워진 김을 적당한 크기로 다수 절 등분되게 절단시 누름판과 상부칼날이 동시에 하강되게 하여 구워진 김의 상부를 누름판으로 지지함과 동시에 상부칼날에 의해 구워진 김을 절단하며, 구워진 김이 절단되면 상부칼날의 하강은 정지되고 누름판 만이 계속 하강되게 하여 절단된 구워진 김을 포장용기로 수납될 수 있도록 상기 누름판과 상부칼날이 2중 작동되도록 함으로서 구워진 김의 절단에 따른 불량을 방지할 수 있어 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 김 절단장치를 제공한다.
