PURPOSE: A laver cutting apparatus and a method for a laver automatic packing machine are provided to improve productivity by the cutting and transferring by preventing laver sheets from flipping over by laminating the laver sheets.CONSTITUTION: A frame(1100) is perpendicularly installed to the factory floor. A supplied laver mounting portion(1200) is installed on the top of the frame to mount transferred laver sheets. A laver transferring portion(1300) is installed on the frame to transfer the laver sheets mounted on the supplied laver mounting portion to a laver receiving container. A laver pressing portion(1500) applies preset pressure to the laver sheets when cutting and transferring to avoid flipping over. A laver cutting means(1600) is installed on the frame to cut the pressurized laver sheets. A cut laver supplying part(1800) holds the laver sheets before cutting the laver, and inserts the laver sheets to the laver receiving container which rotates to transfer the laver sheets after cutting.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 김 절단장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 김을 신속하게 이송하여 생산성이 향상됨은 물론, 김을 적층하여 이송시 김이 넘어가지 않아서 절단과 이송에 따른 생산성이 향상되도록 된 김 자동포장기용 김절단 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 김 자동포장기용 김 절단장치(1000)는, 공장 바닥에 수직으로 설치된 프레임(1100)과, 상기 프레임의 상부에 설치되어 이송 공급되는 김을 안착시키도록 된 공급김안착부(1200)와, 상기 공급김안착부에 안착된 김을 김수용용기가 있는 쪽으로 일정길이 밀어서 이동하도록 프레임에 설치된 김이동부(1300)와, 상기 김이동부에 의해 김이 이동하여 안착되도록 프레임에 설치된 김절단이송부(1400)와, 상기 김절단이송부의 상부에 설치되어 김절단이송부에 유입된 김을 절단시와 이송시에 맞추어 김이 넘어지는 것을 방지하도록 각각 셋팅된 압력으로 가압하도록 된 김가압부(1500)와, 상기 김가압부에 의해 가압된 김을 절단하도록 프레임에 설치된 김절단수단(1600)과, 상기 김절단수단(1600)이 내려와서 상기 김가압부(1500)로 가압된 김을 절단하기 전에 김을 파지함과 더불어, 김이 절단된 후 회전하여 이송되는 김수용용기에 김을 투입하도록 된 절단김공급부(1800)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
