PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform hydroponic using nutrient solution such as organic fertilizer liquid.SOLUTION: When nutrient solution 14 supplied into a cultivation tank 11 of a hydroponic apparatus 10 is pooled to the height of a top surface of a liquid discharge path 16, the nutrient solution flows into the liquid discharge path 16. Thus, a water level of the nutrient solution 14 is adjusted to the same height as the height of the top surface of the liquid discharge path 16. A sheet 13 is mounted on a liquid level of the nutrient solution 14 and on the top surface of the liquid discharge path 16. The sheet 13 is a fine mesh-like sheet in which the length of one side of a mesh is 30 μm or more and 80 μm or less. Therefore, the sheet 13 permeates the nutrient solution 14 only by a small amount.
