PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems while manufacturing an artificial limb or an apparatus that the work to wind the bandage soaked in water uniformly around the affected part requires skill though an orthopedic fixing bandage retaining fixation agent is soaked in water, wound around the stem to make a negative mold, the work to cut the model along a guide string with a cutter to remove it from the affected part after a solidification is inefficient and forces the worker and the patient to be under tension, and the work to wind the bandage soaked in water around the body and capture a shape for making a trunk model for a bedridden patient is hard to do by one-man work and done by two people inefficiently.SOLUTION: Orthopedic fixing bandage pieces which are made from bandage cloth applied with fixation agent and cut into certain shapes are connected each other with a fastener to make the orthopedic fixing bandage.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】義肢や装具を製作するとき、固化剤を保持した整形外科用固定包帯を水に浸し幹部に巻いて陰性モデルをつくっている。しかし水に浸した包帯を患部に均一に巻く作業は熟練を要する。固化後にモデルを患部から外す際にはガイド紐に沿ってカッターで切開する作業は、効率も悪く作業者と患者に緊張を強いることになる。また、寝たきり患者の体幹モデル作成では水に浸した包帯を体に巻いて採形をする作業は、一人作業が難しく二人作業となり効率が悪い。【解決手段】固化剤を塗布した包帯生地を所定の形状に裁断した整形外科用固定包帯片同士をファスナーで連結した整形外科用固定包帯。【選択図】図1
