PURPOSE: A rice cake manufacturing apparatus is provided to manufacture rice cake containing various sauces suiting people's taste while succeeding the tradition. CONSTITUTION: A transporting unit (100) transfers rice cake. A cutting unit (200) cuts the rice cake transferred from the transporting unit. A supporting unit (300) pushes the rice to the cutting unit. A sauce injection unit (400) injects a sauce to the part cut by the cutting unit. A handle inserter (500) pushes the rice cake to the cutting unit together with the supporting unit, and supplies a handle inserted into the rice cake. The transporting unit can be a conveyor belt or a conveyor roller. The cutting unit comprises 3-6 blades. The cutting unit can be in a cylindrical form or a polygonal form.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 떡 제조장치는 소스 삽입용 칼날 장치를 포함하여, 현대인의 입맛에 맞은 다양한 소스가 함유된 떡을 제공할 수 있다. 즉, 떡 제조시, 떡을 자르는 칼날 뒤에 소스 분사장치를 배치함으로써 소스가 함유된 떡을 단일 공정으로 제조할 수 있다. 또한, 단일 공정에서 떡 제조와 소스 삽입이 이루어지므로 위생적으로 떡을 생산할 수 있으며, 소스를 삽입하기 위해 별도의 공정을 필요로 하지 않기 때문에 공정 시간 등을 줄여 효율적이고 안정적으로 떡을 생산할 수 있다.
