Specifically, the method for preparing instant rice cake comprises: a container preparation step (S100) of preparing a container having an accommodation space for accommodating ingredients for rice cake； a content introduction step (S200) of introducing content composed of rice flour into the container； and a steam supply step (S300) of supplying heated vapor to the container.
